Morningstar Family Resources is a Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program which targets families at risk of disruption or out of home placement for children, families with children at risk of abuse or neglect and families experiencing reunification by providing time-limited, home-based therapeutic and parent education services in an effort to develop an integrated system of community based supports and services.  The goal of services is to stabilize and restructure family systems for healthier functioning and to prevent future child abuse and neglect by building on individual and family strengths.

Available services include case management, center-based support group, child/family assessments, client transportation assistance, crisis intervention/management, home-based parent education, therapeutic counseling, MATCH wrap around services, and in-home monitoring with teens involved with the Department of Juvenile Justice.
