FOR: Providing all materials, equipment and labor for the Renovation of approximately 800SF of interior space in the Water and Sewer Suite at the Forsyth County Administration Building. Renovations include new layout of walls to create additional office space, relocation of a conference room, and upgrades to the breakroom. Office located at 110 East Main Cumming, GA 30040.
Pre-Bid: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday February 8, 2022, all parties must be in attendance of the meeting within 10 minutes of start time. 110 E Main Street Cumming, GA 30041. Meet in the Administration Atrium.

Bonds are not required for this project.
Sealed BIDS in duplicate , one (1) original and one (1) Flash drive/Disk subject to all provisions of the Invitation to Sealed Bid, will be received and opened at the time, date and place shown above. Award of Sealed Bid will be made at a later date pending evaluations of all Sealed BIDS submitted. This project is to be completed in sixty (60) days.

Sealed BIDS submitted after 2:00 p.m. Local Time on the date of the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances. Delivery of Sealed Bid to proper location by date/time of deadline is Bidding Firms responsibility.
Sealed Bid packages must be complete, in detail with all required information, bonds or other documents and, if not so completed will be rejected.
Sealed Bid tabulations will be furnished upon written request or may be viewed on Forsyth County’s web site: www.forsythco.com.
Addenda and Interpretations: No interpretation of the meaning of the plans and specifications or other Sealed Bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretations must be in writing and addressed to: Tyra Little, Procurement Agent III, Forsyth County Procurement Department, 514 West Maple Street, Suite 104, Cumming, Georgia 30040, fax number 770.205.4666, email: tlittle2@forsythco.com and to be given consideration must be received at least seven business (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Sealed Bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written Addenda to the Specifications which, if issued, will be posted on the Forsyth County Web Page, www.forsythco.com, then click on the appropriate Bid Number. Failure of any Bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such Bidder from any obligation under his Sealed Bid as submitted; it is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure receipt of any addenda. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents.
It is the County’s intent that this Bid permit competition. It shall be the Bidder’s responsibility to advise the Procurement Agent, in writing, if any language, specification, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this Bid to a single source. Such notification must be received by the Procurement Agent not later than four (4) days prior to the date set for acceptance of the Bid.
Permits and Fees – It is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure and pay for the building permit and other permits and fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for proper execution of the work which are customarily secured after execution of the contract
