If your child has been placed on probation, informal adjustment, informal disposition, or release conditions, and has been ordered by the Juvenile Court to complete a program and you feel that it will cause you financial hardship to pay for the program, you may apply to the Court for financial assistance.
In order to qualify for financial assistance through the Court, you must complete the Financial Assistance Request Form located on the right of this page. All requested information must be provided and all questions answered honestly. You may be requested to provide documentation in order for the Court to verify your income and expenses. Please ensure that you include the name of the program for which are requesting financial assistance.
