The Department of
Building & Economic Development strongly recommends a pre-submittal meeting
for all new commercial building projects prior to submission for commercial
plan review. To schedule a meeting, please contact Plan Tech Brandon White at

Commercial Plans must be submitted digitally using the
Customer Self Service (CSS) portal (see green button below). For questions on how to use the CSS portal,
please contact Plan Tech Brandon White at
bwwhite@forsythco.com.
When preparing for Commercial Plan Review, please reference the following documents and checklists:
